Modern Slavery Act

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

BCA Marketplace plc and its subsidiary companies (the Group) operates to high professional standards and we are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business.

The services, parts and products the Group sells are sourced from a broad range of national and international suppliers.

We carry out reasonable and practical checks to test whether our standards are being implemented throughout our suppliers’ businesses and that local legislation and regulations are complied with. Any instances of non-compliance will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and any remedial actions tailored appropriately.

To help facilitate compliance with this practice a confidential, independent help-line will be put in place which employees, contractors and suppliers may contact to report any issues they are concerned about.

The Group’s policies and procedures are subject to review and where required they will be updated. The Group’s employees and contractors will receive appropriate training to ensure such updated policies and procedures are explained and understood by them.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors, who will review and update it as necessary on an annual basis.
